We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Psychiatrist who is passionate about advancing the field of psychiatry while delivering personalized care. This role combines the stability of a thriving, multimillion-dollar private practice with the excitement of working at the forefront of psychiatric innovation.
The psychiatrist will provide diagnostic evaluations, medication management, and collaborative treatment planning, while also having the opportunity to specialize in neuromodulation, integrative care, and treatment-resistant depression protocols.
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide medication management for patients across the lifespan (focus on adults; child/adolescent care optional).
- Collaborate with therapists, nurse practitioners, TMS technicians, and care coordinators in a multidisciplinary model.
- Participate in cutting-edge treatment programs, including TMS, Spravato®, and IM ketamine protocols.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our streamlined EHR.
- Engage in collaborative case reviews and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Optional: Participate in clinical program development, educational outreach, or leadership opportunities as the practice expands.
- MD or DO degree with completed residency in Psychiatry.
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland (additional DC/VA licensure a plus).
- Strong interest in treatment-resistant depression, neuromodulation, and/or integrative psychiatry.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
