Part-Time Social Worker (LCSW-C) – Onsite

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Certified Social Worker–Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our team in a part-time onsite role (20 hours per week). This position is ideal for a clinician committed to making a difference in the lives of our participants and working in a collaborative, client-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessments, therapy, and treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with COMAR standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to support client treatment goals.
• Uphold participant rights and ensure ethical standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license in good standing (required).
• Experience in behavioral health, outpatient mental health, or psychiatric rehabilitation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
