Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Individual. The RBT will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior intervention plans for clients with developmental disabilities and behavioral health challenges. This role is essential in providing support and education to clients and their families, promoting positive behavioral changes, and enhancing the quality of life for those we serve.
Responsibilities
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising BCBA.
- Monitor and document client progress in accordance with established care plans.
- Utilize medical terminology appropriately when communicating with team members.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.
- Provide patient care by assisting clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
- Educate clients and their families about behavioral health concepts and strategies for improvement.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation of client interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively educate clients and families.
