Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and affirming Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families to ensure that services reflect each client’s identity, values, and goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, FAST/QABF, caregiver interviews, direct observations).
- Develop neurodivergent-affirming treatment plans that support communication, regulation, social connection, and adaptive independence.
- Create and supervise function-based behavior intervention plans that prioritize autonomy, choice, and assent.
- Provide regular supervision, modeling, and feedback to RBTs in accordance with BACB and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency, generalization, and cultural relevance of strategies.
- Collect, review, and analyze data to inform treatment decisions and progress monitoring.
- Participate in team meetings, ongoing professional development, and community initiatives.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (BACB, insurance, Medicaid, HIPAA).
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland as a Behavior Analyst
- Experience with home- and/or center-based ABA preferred
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based care
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and anti-oppressive practices
