We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Lawrenceburg team.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee individualized client programming and outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Utilize Catalyst and other tools for data collection, analysis, and treatment planning
  • Participate in retreats, team meetings, and ongoing development initiatives
  • Support social validity efforts through collaboration with the autistic community

Flexible Work Options

  • Full-time or part-time available

  • 25-hour weekly caseload by default, adjustable based on your preferences

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
