Job Summary:
The Pet Care Coordinator/Kennel Attendant plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and safety of pets in our care. This role involves feeding, cleaning, monitoring animal behavior, and providing love and attention to our furry guests. You will also occasionally interact with pet owners and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and daily updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Feed, water, and administer medications to animals as directed
- Clean kennels, play areas, and other facility spaces
- Observe animal behavior and report any signs of illness or distress
- Bathe or groom pets (basic grooming, brushing, nail trims, etc. if required)
- Assist with check-in/check-out of pets and provide updates to pet owners
- Maintain accurate records and follow facility protocols
- Provide compassionate, attentive care to all animals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Genuine love for animals and comfort around dogs and cats
- Prior experience in animal care, pet boarding, or veterinary environment preferred
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evening shifts
- Ability to lift 40 lbs, bend, and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented

Must be available to occasionally work nights (2-10PM or 3-10PM)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.50 per hour
