About Us:
We are a small, family-focused residential assisted living home in Pensacola. Our mission is to provide compassionate, personalized care for seniors in a safe and welcoming environment. We are seeking an outgoing Outreach Coordinator to help spread awareness about our services and connect families in need of quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Attend local events, senior centers, churches, and community gatherings to promote our facility.
- Distribute brochures and marketing materials in the community.
- Build referral relationships with healthcare providers, case managers, and social workers.
- Help identify families in need of assisted living placement and connect them with our home.
Compensation (Commission-Based):
- $500 per successful referral (new resident move-in).
- $250 per day for community outreach events (such as tabling, networking events, or presentations).
- Flexible, independent role with significant earning potential.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing, professional, and comfortable speaking with people in the community.
- Background in healthcare, senior services, social work, or outreach is a plus (not required).
- Self-motivated and dependable.
- Must pass Level II background screening.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $300.00 - $500.00 per day
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
