About Us

I Beliv You Matter, LLC is a dedicated ABA therapy agency serving children and families across Central Florida. We are seeking passionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) to join our clinical team. This role offers opportunities for growth, professional support, and leadership development within a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA
• Supervise and provide guidance to RBTs delivering direct ABA services
• Conduct skill acquisition and behavior reduction assessments
• Collect, review, and analyze data to monitor client progress
• Provide parent/caregiver training to support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with agency and insurance standards
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development opportunities
• Ensure adherence to BACB ethical standards and best practices in ABA therapy

Qualifications

• Current BCaBA certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field (required)
• Experience in ABA therapy and supervision of RBTs (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
