What You’ll Do:

Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Design and manage Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide coaching and support to school staff
Use data to track progress and adjust strategies
Collaborate with IEP teams, school staff, and families
Lead training sessions and promote understanding of ABA best practices

36 billable hours/week
4 non-billable hours/week for documentation & planning

What You Bring:

Active BCBA Certification
Strong understanding of ABA principles
Experience with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism
Comfort working in school-based or educational settings
Ability to assess, document, and communicate with clarity and compassion
