Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive behavior assessments, design and oversee behavior intervention plans, and implement ABA-based teaching strategies. You will provide direct supervision and training to RBTs, deliver parent education, monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with families and other providers to ensure meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing (minimum 3 years preferred)
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Management
• Strong skills in data analysis, observation, and problem-solving
• Experience providing parent education and staff training
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is highly valued
• Medicaid provider number (preferred, or willingness to obtain)
