We offer a supportive, flexible work environment where you can grow your career and make a lasting impact.Key ResponsibilitiesTreatment Planning & Implementation: Design and implement individualized treatment plans, behavioral support plans, and effective strategies for clients.Program Development: Develop new programs and make ongoing adjustments to existing programs to ensure the highest quality of care.Case Collaboration: Collaborate with the treatment team, including directors, parents, and other support network members, to review and guide case progress.Supervision & Training: Provide direct supervision, training, and support to a team of clinicians and therapists, ensuring they follow all policies and procedures.Caseload Management: Maintain a billable hour caseload in addition to your supervisory duties.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with funding sources to provide updates on client progress, reports, and authorizations.QualificationsRequired Certifications: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.
