Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) 2025/2026 School Year

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 behavioral support for a student with severe behavioral needs in an elementary school setting. This is a full-time, onsite role for the full academic year.

Position Details:

• Caseload:

  • 1:1 support for an elementary student with severe behavioral needs

• Hours:

  • 40 hours per week, MondayFriday (exact schedule to be confirmed with the school)

• Setting:

  • Onsite only (no virtual options)

• Team Support:

  • Work closely with special education staff, behavior analysts, and school administration

Requirements:

• Must hold active RBT certification

• Previous experience working with students with severe behavioral needs is required

• School-based experience strongly preferred

• Strong communication, de-escalation, and behavior management skills
