Dual-Role / Cross-Trained Oral Surgery Dental Assistant & Scheduling Coordinator:

Position Highlights:
Step into the fast-paced world of oral surgery where no two days are the same. In this dual-role, cross-trained position, you’ll balance hands-on surgical assisting with front-office coordination to ensure seamless patient care from start to finish.
As part of the surgical team, you’ll aid our surgeons with precision during procedures, maintain a sterile environment, and document care with accuracy. From preoperative prep to post-procedure support, your role is essential to patient safety and comfort.
You will also play a key role at the front desk—coordinating schedules, managing patient flow, and ensuring every patient has a smooth and positive experience with our practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys both clinical patient care and administrative responsibilities, and is eager to grow into a versatile, well-rounded oral surgery professional.

Required Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- BLS Certification (or completed within 1 month of hire)
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities, demonstrating good judgment and critical thinking.
- Passion for ensuring safety and exceptional attention to detail, vigilance, and meticulousness.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent manual dexterity and superior listening skills, especially in emergency scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous oral surgery experience is beneficial.
- DAANCE certification is desirable.
- Licensed dental assistant status is preferred.
- Radiology certification is a plus.
