Job Title: Licensed Psychologist
Location: Florence, AZ
Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
- Collaborate with medical staff, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
- Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited college or university.
- Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Arizona.
- Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience, including one year in a comparable position.
- Valid Driver’s License.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in correctional or forensic settings.
- Knowledge of evidence-based psychological practices and interventions.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
