Job Title: Licensed Psychologist

Location: Florence, AZ
Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and treatment planning.
• Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
• Collaborate with medical staff, social workers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.
• Participate in case conferences, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Education: Doctoral degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited college or university.
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the state of Arizona.
• Experience: Minimum of two years clinical experience, including one year in a comparable position.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in correctional or forensic settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychological practices and interventions.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
