Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychological assessments, therapy, and counseling services.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support patient care and progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and organizational standards.
• Offer crisis intervention and mental health support when needed.
• Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an accredited college or university.
• Current, unrestricted license to practice psychology in the State of Arizona.
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience, including at least one year in a comparable role.
• Strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment planning skills.
• Valid driver's license required.
