We’re looking for a clinical therapist who can provide assessments, short-term counseling, and both individual and group supervision in an outpatient setting. Some services may be done virtually, but we do require one in-person supervision day each week—on Wednesdays starting October 2025, then moving to Fridays in January 2026.

Qualifications

• Independent license in Maryland and/or Washington, D.C. (LCSW-C, LICSW, LCPC, LCMFT)

Responsibilities

• Complete diagnostic assessments.
• Provide short-term counseling to clients in crisis or with higher-level needs.
• Develop treatment plans, safety plans, and crisis plans for new clients.
• Supervise clinicians as they carry out treatment plans.
• Lead in-person, live supervision one day a week for 5 hours (Wednesdays starting October 2025, Fridays starting January 2026).
• Join agency-wide virtual supervision and leadership meetings (Tuesdays at 12 PM).
• Balance your caseload with about 50% direct client care and 50% administrative duties.

Pay: $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
