We are looking to hire a passionate Social Services Specialist or Licensed Social Worker interested in working with older adults in a post-acute setting.

This exempt M-F position is for our transitional care unit.

What you will bring to the table:

• Associates degree or higher in Behavioral or Social Science or related field
• Ability to organize work flow with timely follow through
• Sincere and strong interest in serving aging residents and their families
• Role model of the highest quality of customer service

Monday through Thursday work week & Monday through Friday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
