About Job

IAC has been providing quality ABA services since 2016. We are looking for motivated individuals to assist with activities directly related to behavior analysis and program implementation for individuals with autism and other behavioral issues. No experience necessary, extensive training will be provided. If you are interested in making a difference in the lives of exceptional needs children/individuals this can be a rewarding field.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day execution of a behavioral health plan. This can include things like interviewing patients, conducting follow-ups and collecting data
  • BTs will implement behavioral treatment programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children with autism.
  • Collect data as specified by the programming and IEP
  • Assisting with assessment activities for treatment plans and behavior interventions
  • Other duties, such as marketing events and various projects may be requested of this position
