SALARY RANGE: $70,000 -$100,000

PERFORMANCE BONUS: $8,000 PLUS

About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated BCBA Therapist to provide compassionate, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), developmental disabilities, and language delays. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and behavior support strategies.
• Modify existing treatment programs to address client needs.
• Supervise and mentor clinicians and therapists on best practices, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with families, treatment teams, and other support professionals to ensure consistent progress.
• Maintain required billable hours while also performing supervisory duties.
• Communicate with funding agencies and provide necessary reports and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or a Master's degree with completed ABA coursework.
• Strong foundation in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Qualified Behavioral Health Professional (QBHP)
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and time-management skills.
• Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed.
• Fluency in English (Bilingual/Multilingual candidates may qualify for additional pay).
