Job Overview

As a Social Skills BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans for children with behavioral needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create clinically sound, individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
  • Supervise & Mentor: Oversee RBTs to ensure high-quality care and provide guidance for their professional growth.
  • Collaborate with Families: Work closely with families to establish treatment goals, track progress, and celebrate milestones.
  • Deliver Therapy: Provide direct therapy to children in a supportive, engaging environment that emphasizes social skills development.
  • Professional Development: Contribute to continuous improvement in clinical practices and share knowledge with colleagues.

Requirements

  • Certification: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
  • Experience: Proven experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with a focus on social skills development and behavior intervention.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to supervise and mentor a team of RBTs.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Strong communication skills to work effectively with families, clients, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to Evidence-Based Practices: Passion for using data-driven strategies to support client success.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a clinical or educational setting working with children with behavioral needs.
