Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy and develop clinically effective treatment plans for children. You will be supported by a manageable caseload and work in an environment focused on providing high-quality care. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and contribute to continuous clinical research and training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
- Collaborate closely with families to set personalized goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
- Provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
- Participate in ongoing clinical research and professional development activities.
- Ensure treatment aligns with the latest best practices in behavior analysis.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and clinical excellence.
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with families and team members.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for providing compassionate care to children and making a positive impact in their lives.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a reasonable caseload.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs or other clinical staff.
- Advanced training or certifications in behavior analysis (e.g., BCBA-D).
- Familiarity with current trends in ABA therapy and research.
- Experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting for children.
