Job Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will deliver evidence-based therapy and develop clinically effective treatment plans for children. You will be supported by a manageable caseload and work in an environment focused on providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop clinically sound and engaging treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality care delivery.
• Collaborate closely with families to set personalized goals, track progress, and celebrate achievements.
• Provide evidence-based therapy in a supportive, play-focused environment.
• Participate in ongoing clinical research and professional development activities.
• Ensure treatment aligns with the latest best practices in behavior analysis.

Requirements:

• Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
• Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and evidence-based practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with families and team members.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for providing compassionate care to children and making a positive impact in their lives.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a reasonable caseload.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs or other clinical staff.
• Advanced training or certifications in behavior analysis (e.g., BCBA-D).
• Familiarity with current trends in ABA therapy and research.
• Experience working in a clinical or therapeutic setting for children.
