We serve individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, meeting them at the intersection of psychological health and spiritual growth.


Position Overview:

We are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC/LPCC) to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrating faith with evidence-based counseling practices, is clinically skilled, and desires to work within a supportive Christian community.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, couple, and/or family counseling sessions in alignment with professional and ethical standards.
  • Integrate a Christian worldview into counseling practice when desired by clients.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, conduct assessments, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and community partners as needed.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, case consultations, and professional development opportunities.
  • Maintain compliance with state licensure requirements and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.
  • Active LPC or LPCC license in the state of Colorado.
  • Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and counseling interventions.
  • Commitment to Christian faith and integration of biblical worldview with counseling practice.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Part-time, 10-20 hours per week.
