Training and Development Manager

Diamond Braces is seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Training and Development Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for traveling across Diamond Braces offices to train and mentor Office Managers on how to efficiently and effectively run a dental practice. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, and passionate about developing leaders to deliver consistent, outstanding patient and team experiences.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct in-person training sessions for Office Managers across multiple Diamond Braces locations.
• Educate managers on best practices for dental office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, financial procedures, compliance, and team management.
• Provide hands-on coaching, feedback, and mentorship to improve managerial performance and leadership skills.
• Standardize and reinforce operational procedures to ensure consistency across all offices.
• Collaborate with leadership to assess training needs and develop customized training programs.
• Monitor office performance metrics and provide actionable insights to managers for improvement.
• Support new Office Managers with onboarding and ongoing development.
• Document training activities, progress, and outcomes for review by senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in dental, orthodontic, or healthcare practice management required.
• Strong knowledge of front-office and back-office operations within a dental or medical setting.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel frequently across regional Diamond Braces offices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or coaching preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: Salary range starting at $75,000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.

Job Location: In-person; local travel between offices required.

Work Hours: Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
