Job Summary

If you're a motivated and dedicated School Counselor looking to make a meaningful impact through virtual services for K-12 school students for the upcoming 25-26 school year, we’d love to connect with you!

In this remote role, you'll support K–12 students by providing specialized services tailored to their unique educational needs, helping them thrive both academically and personally. You'll collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each student’s individual goals are met with care and consistency. To be successful in this role, you should be available at least 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM.

Responsibilities:

- Offer individual and group counseling to address emotional and social issues, promoting healthy peer relationships and conflict resolution.

- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to support student needs and participate in multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive support plans.

- Develop and implement school counseling programs, advocating for students' best interests and promoting a safe environment.

Qualifications:

- Master’s degree in School Counseling or a related field.

- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card

- One of the following: Arizona School Counselor Certificate, Arizona School Psychologist Certificate or Arizona School Social Worker Certificate

- Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred.

- Strong understanding of the principles and practices of school counseling applicable to a K-12 educational setting.

Skills:

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to foster an engaging and supportive educational environment.

- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.

- Comfort with technology and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote education and communication.
