About Adams Clinical: Adams Clinical is a research site network specializing in late-phase psychiatry and neurology clinical trials. We are currently seeking a highly motivated Psychologist or Mental Health Professional for a full-time role at our Harlem (10029) location.
This role is best suited for clinical professionals with a PhD in a Psychology-related field, Clinical/Counseling Psychologists, or a PsyD (licensure is not required).
Job Responsibilities:
Neuropsychological Ratings & Assessments: Administer psychiatric and neuropsychological interviews, assessments, and rating scales for clinical trial participants in investigational medication studies, primarily focusing on major depressive disorder and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as other conditions such as generalized anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder, social anxiety disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, schizophrenia, and substance use disorders.
Prescreening, Screening, & Enrollment: Conduct screening interviews, diagnostic evaluations, and clinical assessments to determine eligibility for psychiatry trials. Work collaboratively with the clinical team to monitor and support participant enrollment across multiple studies.
Collaboration & Strategy: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including MDs, PhDs, LCSWs, and Clinical Research Coordinators to develop and execute screening and enrollment strategies. Help monitor progress and adjust focus to optimize participant recruitment.
Job Requirements:
· Minimum requirement of a doctoral degree (licensure is not required). This role is best suited for clinical professionals with a PhD in a Psychology-related field, Clinical/Counseling Psychologists, or a PsyD
· Availability to work weekdays, 9-5, in-person at our Harlem office. Occasional evening hours may be required.
· Strong interest in clinical research and neuropsychological assessment.
· Prior experience in clinical trials or neuropsychological assessment is a plus but not required. Training will be provided.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and contribute to strategic planning.

This is a salaried position. Pay range is $90,000/yr to $120,000/yr commensurate with experience.
