Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Clinical Social Worker (CSW/LCSW) located in Ogden, UT. The CSW will provide individual, and family therapy to diverse client populations. Daily tasks include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and maintaining detailed client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
• Current Clinical Social Worker (CSW) license in the state of Utah
• Experience in trauma-informed and attachment-focused therapy, including TBRI, CBT, and DBT
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Comfortable providing therapy in various settings, including in-office, in-home, and telehealth
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
