About Sukoon Psychotherapy

At Sukoon Psychotherapy, our mission is to provide culturally responsive, evidence-based care to individuals and families. We are a dedicated group of clinicians committed to helping children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and related disorders.

We take pride in our collaborative, team-based model, ensuring comprehensive wraparound services for our clients. Our practice invests in clinicians through advanced training in specialized interventions (including exposure-based techniques) while fostering a warm, supportive environment where you can thrive both personally and professionally.

Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented clinician (Psychologist, Counselor, or Social Worker) who is passionate about helping clients overcome anxiety and related challenges.

This is a hybrid position:

  • Option to work remotely from anywhere in Ohio and/or
  • In-person sessions at our Mason/West Chester clinic (1–2 days per week or as agreed).

We handle the logistics—we find your clients, assist with scheduling, handle HR tasks, and ensure you have the tools you need to focus on what you do best: providing therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct structured neuropsychiatric assessments for children, adolescents, and adults via telehealth and/or in-person.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy, including CBT, ERP, DBT, and ACT.
  • Monitor progress, track outcomes, and adapt treatment as needed.
  • Collaborate with prescribers, psychologists, school staff, exposure coaches, and other providers.
  • Maintain thorough clinical documentation in our EHR system.
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships while contributing to a supportive team culture.
  • Respond promptly to client and team communications.

  • What We Offer
    • Competitive compensation – Commission-based pay with highly competitive rates.
    • Flexible scheduling – Self-determined hours with a minimum of 10–25 clinical hours/week.
    • Professional growth – Advanced training in specialized psychotherapeutic techniques + supervision provided.
    • Supportive culture – A clinician-founded practice that values teamwork, warmth, and patient-centered care.
    • Work–life balance – Flexibility to balance professional and personal needs.

    Qualifications
    • Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
    • Must be licensed in Ohio: we welcome both dependently licensed (LPC, LSW, MFT) and independently licensed clinicians (LPCC, LISW, IMFT).
    • Supervision is available for dependently licensed clinicians.
    • Experience with anxiety, OCD, trauma, and related disorders is a plus.
