Position Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic BCBA to join our team. This role involves working with adolescents and adults in county/community-based programs and or/children in the clinic. The BCBA will design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, provide supervision to RBTs and other clinical staff, collaborate with families and stakeholders, and ensure compliance with best practices and ethical guidelines.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct and consultative ABA services in clinic and county settings.
- Oversee implementation of behavior intervention plans (BIPs) by RBTs and direct care staff.
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs and other team members, including providing feedback and coaching.
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and ensure progress.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and county agencies to promote consistency and generalization of skills.
- Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards (BACB, state, and county requirements).
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Stay current on ABA research and evidence-based practices.
Qualifications:
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Current Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) certification.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Experience working with children, adolescents and/or adults, ideally in both clinical and community settings.
- Strong data analysis, report writing, and communication skills.
- Experience supervising RBTs or clinical staff preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
