Pay: Starting at $17/hour

What’s the job?

You’ll work one-on-one with kids on the autism spectrum, helping them learn, grow, and shine — all through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. No experience? No problem! We’ll train you.

You’ll be part of a supportive team led by experienced supervisors, and you’ll learn skills you can use for a lifetime.

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassion and patience
• Strong communication skills
• Able to pass background checks
• Willing to get CPR/First Aid certified
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and keep up with active kids

What you’ll do

• Work one-on-one with kids with autism during ABA therapy sessions
• Follow each child’s personalized treatment plan
• Write accurate session notes
• Jump in to help cover other cases when needed
• Work closely with our other amazing techs, therapists, and clinicians
• Help keep the center clean and safe
• Come to team meetings & trainings
