This position is open to a BCBA who is looking to open their own center in the ABA field. There are bonuses and profit sharing as you build the center from the ground up. Admin support is in place, you take care of the clinical side of the center. The true reason you became a BCBA!
Position Overview:
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, ensuring that ABA therapy services are delivered with excellence while maintaining operational efficiency. This role includes managing a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, overseeing client care, and ensuring adherence to billable hour targets and company policies. The Clinical Director serves as a key leader in fostering a culture of excellence, guiding team members in their professional development, and driving the success of the company's mission and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Development:
● Conduct weekly team meetings to guide BCBAs on delivering excellence in clinical quality.
● Oversee BCBA's Pods to ensure the professional development of student behavior analysts, Lead RBTs, RBT Level 2, RBT Level 1, and BTs.
● Lead quarterly company initiatives to align clinical operations with organizational goals.
● Oversee and promote parent training initiatives across BCBA team to ensure family engagement and success.
Clinical Oversight and Program Management:
● Ensure that all BCBAs and RBTs/BTs maintain detailed programs within Central Reach, including target goals, data collection methods, and reinforcement schedules.
● Oversee a small caseload of clients and conduct intake assessments Supervision and Leadership of Staff:
● Lead weekly BCBA meetings and oversee all-staff meetings, assigning tasks and ensuring each team member is clear on their roles and responsibilities.
● Provide actionable feedback to underperforming staff members, create improvement plans, and, if necessary, execute termination protocols in cases of unresolved performance issues.
Collaboration with Leadership:
● Collaborates with Regional Director, Operations Manager, Director of Training & Director of Student Behavior Analyst to ensure smooth operations, effective onboarding, and staff training.
Client Intake, Case Assignments, and Discharges:
● Oversee new client intake assessments or delegate to BCBAs as necessary. Assign cases based on staff availability and expertise.
● Ensure clients who do not meet agreed billable hours are reviewed and discharged appropriately and in a timely manner.
Staff Performance and Retention:
● Oversee staff morale and engagement, creating events and initiatives to retain high-performing staff.
● Ensure that performance issues are addressed promptly with feedback and improvement plans, and escalate termination decisions when necessary.
Quality Assurance:
● Regularly audit BCBA programs for quality, ensuring that FBAs, BIPs, and data
collection is accurate and updated in Central Reach.
● Ensure compliance with all clinical standards, including POC submissions and client satisfaction measures.
Hiring and Staffing Decisions:
● Assist with hiring decisions for RBTs and BCBAs, ensuring candidates meet our clinical and cultural standards.
● Oversee the firing process for underperforming staff when improvement plans are not successful.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
