We are a dedicated, employee-focused organization, looking for an experienced BCBA who resides in Colorado for this hybrid remote/in-person position. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide supervision and and mentoring for RBT's
- Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with parents/caretakers
- Oversee clinical policies and procedures
- Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation
Requirements:
- BCBA certification is required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a BCBA
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in quality assurance and supervision
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $90 per hour
Location: Hyrbid in-person/remote in Colorado
