About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy while supporting children and families in achieving meaningful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior and skill-based assessments
- Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy plans
- Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and ABA therapists
- Collaborate with families through training and ongoing communication
- Track progress, update treatment plans, and maintain documentation
