About Job
- In-person, full-time position serving students across district schools
- Develop and implement functional behavior intervention plans aligned with individual education programs (IEPs)
- Design crisis intervention plans to ensure student safety
- Implement effective data collection systems for behavior goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, Special Services Directors, school teams, and educators to set academic and behavioral targets
- Support students with behavior challenges using evidence-based practices, including TEACCH, Discrete Trial Training (DTT), and ABA
- National BCBA Certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Special Education, Behavior Analysis)
- Experience with behavior management, and data collection
- Knowledge of TEACCH, DTT, and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred
