Virtual School Psychologist Full-Time Willis, MI
Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a licensed and dedicated School Psychologist for a full-time, virtual position supporting a school district in Willis, Michigan. This role provides the opportunity to deliver vital psychological services to K12 students in a fully remote environment, helping them succeed academically while supporting their social and emotional development.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct virtual assessments, evaluations, and consultations to address students academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans in collaboration with school staff and families
Provide counseling and intervention services to promote student well-being and academic growth
Partner with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster supportive learning environments
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
Use technology effectively to engage students and ensure high-quality virtual service delivery
Qualifications:
Active Michigan School Psychologist license
Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
Previous school-based or virtual experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to supporting diverse student populations in a remote setting
