If Yes, Here’s How You Will Contribute to the Team:

As an Intake/Scheduler Coordinator you will be responsible for the admission process for all new patients and ensures availability of reimbursement for services. They also identify the clinical staff adequate to deliver care for patients; and manages the scheduling of clinicians for all patient visits within prescribed discipline and visit frequency requirements.

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Superior multitasking ability
• Medical Terminology familiarity
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work beyond normal working hours, weekends, holidays, and/or on other shifts and in other positions when necessary
• Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Nice to Have:

• Related experience in a long-term care, healthcare, or skilled nursing environment
