There's a few requirements:

• Must love to work with people (patients & with us- we work hard but we have fun together too!)
• Enjoy making everyone feel like a welcomed guest to our office
• Previous customer service experience preferred

We are looking for four to 4.5 days a week (Mon- Thurs, with occasional half Fridays). We'll try to work around your schedule if needed. Pay range is from $20 to $29 depending on what value you can bring to the team.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Schedule appointments for patients in person or on the telephone
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
• Present treatment plans and follow up with patients.
• Verify and confirm dental insurance.
• Office tasks, scanning, filing documents, etc...
• Check in and check out patients as needed.

Other qualifications that would be preferred:

• Previous dental office experience desirable but not essential
• Experience with Dentrix
• Outstanding communication and organizational skills
• Must love to work with people
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Receptionist or previous customer service experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Able to work independently, accurately and neatly
