A contract opportunity is available for an experienced School Psychologist to support a K-12 educational setting in West Chester, PA. This role offers the chance to work collaboratively within a school environment dedicated to fostering student growth and well-being during the current school year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for students across all grade levels (K-12)
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop effective intervention plans
- Provide counseling and support services to students with diverse needs
- Assist in the implementation of behavioral and educational strategies to promote student success
- Maintain detailed records and documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and Individualized Education Program (IEP) planning
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification or licensure as a School Psychologist
- Experience working with K-12 students in school settings
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage caseloads effectively and maintain confidentiality
