Job Summary
We are looking for dedicated, career-minded individuals who are committed to long-term growth in the ABA field. As a Behavior Technician (BT), you will work under a supervisor’s guidance to implement behavior plans, collect data, and support clients and families.
This is a permanent position, not seasonal or temporary. We invest time and resources into training our staff, so we require individuals who are serious about committing to this role.
If you have any reason you would need significant time off work within the first year of employment, you do not qualify for this position.
Responsibilities
- Implement personalized behavior plans for clients
- Accurately monitor and document client progress
- Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based strategies
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school professionals
- Maintain clear and precise records of client development
- Provide feedback and support to families on progress
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and caregivers
Requirements
✅ High School Diploma or GED
✅ Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
✅ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move easily without restriction
✅ Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism (preferred but not required)
✅ Knowledge of behavioral therapy & special education practices (preferred)
✅ Ability to handle medical records and documentation efficiently
✅ Understanding of Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
✅ Strong patience, compassion, and communication skills
✅ Reliable attendance – Consistency is the most important factor in this field. Attendance will be tracked, and if you have any reason you would miss work consistently, please do not apply.
