We are hiring a full-time, onsite Board Certified Behavior Analysts in Anoka, MN for the 2025–2026 school year.

Position Overview

  • Role: Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Setting: Multiple locations and ages
  • Location: Anoka, Minnesota
  • Full-time (37.5 paid hours per week)
  • 2025-2026 school year (9/2/2025-6/5/2026)
  • Consult and implement positive behavior interventions and supports for the students
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments
  • Collaborate with the Special Education team, related service providers, and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and school-based initiatives
  • Support the development and implementation of individualized education plans in accordance with district practice and state and federal requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Minnesota BCBA license
  • Background check and drug screening required
  • Experience teaching school-aged children with disabilities
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills
