The Role
We’re hiring a Clinical Supervisor to guide our associate therapists (AMFT, ASW, APCC) as they master healing work for sex addicts and betrayed partners.
Must-haves
- Passion for this population.
- Current California LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist license, 3 + years post-licensure.
- CSAT Supervisor status.
- Documented BBS-qualifying supervision training (or willingness to complete it before start).
- Robust clinical experience with addiction recovery.
- Comfortable supervising entirely via telehealth and using paperless EHRs (SimplePractice or similar).
- Collaborative approach.
Nice-to-haves (not requirements)
- Personal or family lived experience with recovery.

Pay: $125.00 per hour

- Have you completed the BBS-mandated 15-hour supervision-training course (or equivalent)? If no, are you willing to complete the training before your start date.
- How long have you been a CSAT?
- Are you certified to supervise those seeking to become a CSAT?
- Roughly how many individual, triadic, and group supervision hours have you provided in the past five years?
Prior supervision experience is helpful but not required.
- How would your past supervisees describe your leadership style? If you have not supervised before, how would you describe your style?
- In addition to sex addiction, our practice also strongly supports AUTISM-affirming and ADHD-informed care and has a large number of neurodivergent associates.
