The BCaBAs assist in the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a BCBA. This role supports the delivery of high-quality services, compliance with ethical standards, team development, and smooth clinical operation practices.

- Billable hour requirements for full-time, salaried BCaBAs: 30 hours
- Billable hour requirement for part-time BCaBAs: 75% of total hours worked (preferred).
- Complete intake and assessments.
- Parent training.
- Collaboration with a team of clinicians and clinical directors.
- Mentorship for a team of RBTs and MLPs,
- Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 8 hour supervision course (willingness to obtain)
- High emphasis on integrity and ethics
- Passion for client success
- Strong leadership skills
- Full-time, hybrid-remote 3 days in person 2 days remote
- Requires interaction with clients, families, and staff in clinic, home, and community settings.
- May involve periods of standing, moving, or engaging in physical activities related to client interventions.
