About Job

- $330,000 + bonus based on RVU production
- $40,000 sign-on bonus
- $30,000 total retention bonus (paid $10,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
- Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary
- 33 days of time off
- 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
- No after hours call
-Three retirement plans including a unique supplemental plan Health, vision, dental, life and disability coverage
-Paid malpractice with tail
- Opportunity to replace retiring psychiatrist
- Join one child and adolescent psychiatrist and three adult psychiatry APPs
- The retiring physician sees high acuity patients and acts as supervising physician for the APPs.
-An upcoming 2025 or 2026 graduate would an ideal candidate.
- Clinic is located in a state of the art facility, renovated in 2024
- Hospital also offers a 16-bed inpatient adult psychiatry unit for any patients needing direct admission. We are not an addiction or Suboxone center and prefer to keep our focus on therapy and medication management.
- You wont find a better organization or group. Located between two communities of about 20,000 people each. Employee (including physician) turnover is well below the national average.The communities are family-friendly with lots of outdoor activities and sports. Enjoy a small-town feel with all of the amenities you need including a university. Also, less than 1 hr to University of Illinois, 2 hrs to St. Louis and Indianapolis.
