Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. The Social Worker will also play a vital role in supervising and mentoring junior staff, ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop tailored intervention plans.
• Provide counselling and support to individuals and families dealing with emotional, social, or financial difficulties.
• Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services, including healthcare, housing, and education.
• Collaborate with other professionals, agencies, and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in accordance with organisational policies.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
• Mentor new social workers or interns, fostering a positive learning environment that encourages growth.
