Job Title: Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Specialist – After-School Program

About Us
Gregg House School-age Program is a dynamic after-school program dedicated to supporting children and adolescents in developing social, emotional, and academic skills in a safe, structured, and engaging environment. We are seeking a passionate and skilled BCBA Specialist to join our team and provide behavioral expertise that enhances student success and staff capacity.
Position Overview
The BCBA Specialist will design, implement, and monitor individualized behavior support plans for students, as well as train and support program staff in evidence-based behavioral strategies. The ideal candidate is collaborative, flexible, and committed to helping children thrive in an after-school setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Provide direct support and consultation to staff regarding behavior management and skill-building strategies.
- Oversee data collection and progress monitoring for students receiving behavioral supports.
- Train after-school staff on ABA principles, proactive strategies, and crisis prevention techniques.
- Collaborate with families, school staff, and program leadership to ensure consistency and support for each child.
- Ensure compliance with ethical and professional standards as outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in group or after-school settings.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to train, coach, and support staff with varying levels of ABA knowledge.
Schedule & Compensation
- Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.
Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM –5:30 PM.
