Ro Health is seeking dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join a collaborative and student-centered school team in Andover, Massachusetts. BCBA Responsibilities May Include:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
- Collaborate with special education teams, classroom staff, and related service providers to implement positive behavior supports
- Train, coach, and support school staff (e.g., teachers, paraprofessionals, RBTs) in implementing behavior strategies and data collection procedures
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and services
- Analyze behavioral data to guide ongoing intervention planning and monitor student progress
- Provide supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), ensuring compliance with BACB standards and quality of service
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification in the BACB
- Experience working with children or adolescents in school or clinical settings
- Strong skills in behavior assessment, data analysis, and intervention planning
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
