What You’ll Do
As a BCBA at CAC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children ages 18 months–13 years through evidence-based, naturalistic ABA. Your work will include:
- Designing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
- Supervising and mentoring RBTs and BCBA candidates.
- Partnering with families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
- Creating safe, playful, and engaging clinical environments.
- Collecting and analyzing data, writing reports, and ensuring clinical excellence.
- Maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
We want passionate, skilled professionals who bring both expertise and heart to their work. The ideal candidate will have:
- Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility).
- Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting family progress.
- Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid clinical writing and data analysis skills.
- A flexible, creative mindset for solving challenges in real-world settings.
