About Job

Make a Difference Every Day at CAC

At Children’s Autism Center (CAC), we believe compassionate, ethical, and high-quality ABA services change lives. Our mission is to support children and families while creating a workplace where clinicians thrive. We are a privately owned ABA clinic, founded and operated by Board Certified Behavior Analysts with a senior clinical team bringing over 35 years experience to support you. If you’re a dedicated BCBA looking for a collaborative, growth-oriented environment—you’ll feel right at home with us.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Small Caseloads: Prioritize quality, not quantity, with individualized client care.
  • Work-Life Balance: Structured 8–5 schedule (clients seen 8–3), plus built-in admin time.
  • Team Support: Lead technicians and BCBA apprentices lighten your load.
  • Collaborative Culture: Join experienced BCBAs in a positive, team-driven environment.
  • Growth & Fun: Access diverse clinical tools, celebrate wins, and keep sessions engaging.

What You’ll Do

As a BCBA at CAC, you’ll play a vital role in supporting children ages 18 months–13 years through evidence-based, naturalistic ABA. Your work will include:

  • Designing and monitoring individualized treatment plans.
  • Supervising and mentoring RBTs and BCBA candidates.
  • Partnering with families and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
  • Creating safe, playful, and engaging clinical environments.
  • Collecting and analyzing data, writing reports, and ensuring clinical excellence.
  • Maintaining the highest ethical and professional standards.

What We’re Looking For

We want passionate, skilled professionals who bring both expertise and heart to their work. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Active BCBA certification and Texas licensure (or eligibility).
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and supporting family progress.
  • Strong leadership skills to mentor and guide team members.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Solid clinical writing and data analysis skills.
  • A flexible, creative mindset for solving challenges in real-world settings.

Perks & Benefits

We take care of our team so you can take care of others:

  • Competitive Pay: $70,000 base salary with performance bonuses.
  • Generous PTO: 15 PTO days + flexible personal days + 12+ paid holidays.
  • Health Coverage: Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.
  • Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match.
  • Family-Friendly: Paid maternity leave & work-life balance support.
  • Professional Growth: CEU reimbursement, in-house CEUs, paid conference leave.
  • Career Advancement: Clear paths into leadership, training, and specialty roles.
  • Supportive Culture: Your growth is supported, your ideas are valued, and your boundaries are respected.

Ready to join a team where compassion, integrity, and growth are at the heart of everything we do? Apply today and start making an impact with CAC!
