We’re hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to provide in-home behavioral support to children with autism throughout Manhattan. If you're driven to make a meaningful impact and enjoy working one-on-one with children in a supportive, home-based environment, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) in clients’ homes, under the guidance of a licensed behavior analyst.
  • Work directly with children and families to teach new skills and support behavior change.
  • Track and record behavior data during each session to monitor client progress.
  • Adjust approaches as needed based on feedback and supervision.
  • Build trust and relationships with families, acting as a reliable and encouraging presence.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Comfortable working independently in client homes across Manhattan.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) is a plus.
  • Must be physically able to interact with and support children during sessions.

Key Skills:

  • Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a plus.
  • Ability to collect behavior data accurately and consistently.
  • Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor when working with children.
  • Professionalism when interacting with families in home settings.
