Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and SMS inquiries with professionalism
• Insurance eligibility and benefit verification
• Understanding of medical terminology related to insurance and developmental needs
• Schedule initial and ongoing appointments
• Collaborate with therapy team to build and maintain caseload schedules
• Support billing processes and maintain patient records
• Weekly meetings with leadership team

Job Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant with minimum of 1 year of experience working in a medical office (preferably in a pediatric therapy practice)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs
• Previous experience using EMR systems
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Designated In-Home Office space

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable delegating tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations
• Positive attitude, reliable, and passionate about working with children and their families
• Bilingual
