```Duties```
- Conduct Supervision, and parent training and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities.
- Implement evidence-based interventions based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
- Provide behavior analytic services in various settings, including Center, homes, schools, and community settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for clients
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other team members
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions
- Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards, including HIPAA regulations
```Skills```
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder
- Knowledge of special education laws and regulations
- Proficient in data collection methods and analysis
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical records and documentation procedures
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt interventions based on individual client needs and preferences
