Seeking Substance Use Disorder Counselors (SUDC) to provide screening, brief interventions, individual and group therapy, and coordinate referrals for underserved populations. The role includes developing community resource contacts, acting as a liaison with agencies, and participating in treatment planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Responsibilities include accurate documentation, delivering crisis intervention, counseling, education, assessments, and developing personalized care plans.
- Qualifications: Registered Intern or certification from a California SUD certifying agency, high school diploma or GED, CPR certification, at least 1 year of counseling experience (2 years preferred), bilingual skills may be required, and a valid California driver’s license with insurance.
